30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your GNB Orlien purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Products must be free from damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@gnborlien.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. We'll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions within 24-48 hours.
  3. Pack the items securely in their original packaging.
  4. Ship the package to: 1356 Beverly Rd Ste. 225, McLean, VA 22101

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped in error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
